Rivendell Support Options

We now offer our 24/7 technical supports plans to users who install Rivendell on their own hardware using the Rivendell Broadcast Appliance

 

All Paravel Systems turn-key Rivendell Workstations come with 1 year of Technical Support included in the purchase price.  After the first year, the following options are available:

 

Standard Technical Support

$500 per workstation or server per year when paid annually

  • Telephone & Email Support for workstations supplied by Paravel Systems
  • 24 hour Off-Air Emergency Access

    Technical Support with Monthly Tune-Up

    $750 per workstation or server per year when paid annually

  • Telephone & Email Support for workstations supplied by Paravel Systems
  • 24 hour Off-Air Emergency Access
  • Paravel Systems will perform a monthly system check and tune-up (remote network access must be provided by client)
